The birthstone blog series is so much fun that I decided to do another one about the locations where you can find my work. I don't like to over-saturate any one market and really value my relationship with the stores and galleries that feature my work. CitySoles, a shoe and accessories store in Wicker Park, is one of the stores in Chicago currently carrying my jewelry.
City Soles was the first to start carrying my jewelry in the Fall of 2008, just after I started making jewelry. If you know CitySoles, then you know that they are big on local designers, which is how we found each other. I really like CitySoles because they have been on that corner since Wicker Park became "Wicker Park"... They are true trendsetters, which gives me the opportunity to try out my most avant-garde jewelry on the fashion-forward customer. The store is located on 2001 West North Avenue right in the middle of Wicker Park on the intersection of Damen/Milwaukee/North which makes it the perfect location for a store such as CitySoles. So if you are looking to accessorize your spring/summer wardrobe, stop by and look at the shoes and awesome local jewelry!!!
