Dawn Clark Netsch Brooch
Through the Illinois Artisan Gallery I was commissioned to create an award, a brooch, to honor Dawn Clark Netsch, who was the first woman to be nominated to run for Governor of Illinois. Mrs. Netsch was very good at billiards, which is why the brooch was inspired by the forms used in the game, as well as her love for the modern aesthetic. The piece is made out of oxidized sterling silver.
Size of brooch: 2.5" x 0.75"
